Rupee and dollar credits are separate: ₹ credits pay rupee bills and $ credits pay dollar bills, and they are never converted. Credits are granted by OPM on approval, are not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other startup offers.

Eligibility
Who qualifies for the program?
The program is for genuine early-stage startups, in India and abroad. We review each application by hand so the credits reach founders who will use them.

- ✓Early-stage startup (pre-Series A or equivalent)
- ✓Valid certificate of incorporation, in India or abroad
- ✓Active product or business in market, or a clear plan to build one
- ✓Startup recognition certificate is a plus
- ✕Credits are not exchangeable for cash
- ✕Not combinable with other startup or enterprise offers
- ✕Misrepresentation leads to immediate cancellation
